My real estate career began in business development and property acquisitions for Ethan Allen Interiors. My experience in acquiring land and buildings for new development fueled my passion for assisting home buyers and sellers to successfully realize their real estate objectives. In 2009 the opportunity to move into residential real estate became available to me, and despite tough market conditions, I made the move and have never looked back.
As a Realtor for the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to assist Buyers, Sellers and Investors meet their real estate objectives. My method for success is simple, understand my client’s priorities, put their interests above my own and be in constant communication.
I’ve lived most of my life in Connecticut. However, my love for Rhode Island dates back to my youth, spending summer vacations on the Westerly beaches and attending concerts in Newport. One of our sons is a graduate of URI and our older son and daughter-in-law were married on Block Island and have lived in Newport for the past seven years where they blessed us with a granddaughter. So when my wife Susan and I had the opportunity in 2018 to relocate to the Cedarhurst Community on Wickford Harbor in North Kingstown, we jumped on it! When asked by friends and family about how we enjoy living in RI, our answer is that the people are among the friendliest and most welcoming we’ve ever met, and living on the harbor is a dream come true!
My wife of 41 years, Susan, and I love the beach. We are avid kayakers and walkers, but our greatest joy is spending time with our granddaughter and family.
